Chrome Remote Desktop - Remote Assistance (Chromebooks)

Chrome Remote Desktop - Remote Assistance allows IT staff members to connect to your device for remote troubleshooting procedures. At the moment this is limited to Chromebooks ONLY. Follow the instructions provided below to start Chrome Remote Desktop and Generate a Code for your support agent. Step 1) Sign in to your Chromebook and click the "Chrome Remote Desktop" extension. Step 2) Click on "Remote Support". Step 3) Select "Generate Code" and provide the given code to your support agent. Step 4) Provide Code to support agent.
